With only 2 female barn cats left to be “fixed”, there have been less kittens on the farm this year (much to the boys’ dismay)…
Our boys LOVE all the cats. And yes, each cat has (at least) one name + a story, lol! 🙂
Just this morning at milking, the boys said they thought it looked like Cloudy might have been nursing babies. So, once their schoolwork was done this afternoon, they went on a “kitten hunt”. 🙂
It didn’t take long & they found them! They were in a hay hole all the way at the top of the stack. One boy and one girl. Names are currently being brainstormed…

Lol – I’ll pass that on, but I think they are leaning toward keeping with their “food theme” – Biscuits & Muffins. I’ll keep you posted… 🙂 **10 minutes later** So I just told the boys of your name suggestions & to break the silence of their blank stares, I said, “I think those are great name ideas!”, to which they responded, “Well Mom, he IS your brother…” Lol – Mike is still voting for Thor & BlackWidow, but Paul seems pretty dead set on Muffins & Biscuits… 🙂

No blank stares – they actually considered those suggestions for about 30 seconds, lol! Michael’s more flexible – Paul’s NOT… Pretty sure he’s gonna win… Time will tell! 🙂
