Found this tree on a walk in our woods… We are assuming this is from a pileated woodpecker ? I think it’s cool to witness God’s Hand in His creation. That is some SERIOUS strength in those beaks to inflict that kind of wood splintering, lol! 🙂 (Even if we’re wrong, & it’s not from a woodpecker, but some kind of insect… Still AMAZING anything could do that to a tree!)
